Dillard’s Cards are CHANGING

On September 16, 2024, Dillard’s is switching your credit card issuer to Citibank, N.A. You’ll have a new card to use and a new website where you can manage your account online.

Start using your new card – your old Dillard’s Card will no longer work. Revisit this site on or after the 16th to set up your new account online, including autopay and paperless.

“Account” means either a Dillard’s Credit Card or Dillard’s Mastercard® account issued by Citibank, N.A. (“Citibank”).
“Cards” and “Card” means Dillard’s Credit Card or Dillard’s Mastercard issued by Citibank.
“You” and “your” means each person that has an Account.

Will I get a new Card and account number?

You should be receiving a new Card in the days leading up to September 16, 2024. All accounts will have a new account number. If you currently have a Dillard’s American Express® Card, your new Card will be a Dillard’s Mastercard, good for purchases everywhere Mastercard is accepted, including at Dillard’s.

What if I have authorized users on my account?
If you have authorized users on your account, new authorized user Cards will be mailed to the primary account holder for each authorized user. All new Cards for authorized users will arrive in the mail at the same time as the primary cardholder’s Cards. On or after September 16, 2024, to avoid disruption in your card services, please review the names, dates of birth and addresses of your authorized users to ensure they have been accurately recorded. Please register or log in to dillards.accountonline.com, go to ‘Manage Account’ and review each authorized user’s information by clicking on ‘Edit’ next to their name. Make sure their Full Name, Date of Birth and Address is correct and click ‘Save’. Cards issued to each authorized user will have a unique 16-digit card number different from that of the primary account holder. The benefits of having unique 16-digit account numbers for each authorized user on an account include:
  • Primary cardholders will be able to monitor spending for each individual user.
  • Each Card will have a unique card number, so if one Card is lost or stolen and needs to be replaced, only that one impacted Card will need to be reissued.
I didn’t receive my new Card. Who do I contact?
Your new Dillard’s Card from Citibank, N.A. should arrive by September 16, 2024. If you do not receive your Card by that date, the Account Inquiries telephone number is 1-833-773-0031 1-833-773-0031 (For TTY: We accept 711 711 or other Relay Service) for Dillard's Mastercard and 1-833-773-0029 1-833-773-0029 (For TTY: We accept 711 711 or other Relay Service) for Dillard's Credit Card. Do I have to apply for a new Card?
As a current Dillard’s Cardholder, you do not have to reapply. On September 16, 2024, customer accounts will transfer from Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. to Citibank, N.A.
What happens if I forget to bring my new Dillard’s Card to a Dillard’s store?
Your Dillard’s Card account can be looked up during checkout at Dillard’s stores and used for purchase.

What’s changing?
The bank that issues your Dillard’s Card account is changing. Your account will transfer from Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. to Citibank, N.A. on September 16, 2024. Also, if you currently have a Dillard’s American Express Card, your new Card will be a Dillard’s Mastercard, good for purchases everywhere Mastercard is accepted, including at Dillard’s.
Can I request to keep my Dillard’s American Express Card?
No. As of September 16, 2024, Wells Fargo Bank N.A. will no longer support Dillard’s American Express accounts. If you currently have a Dillard’s American Express Card, it will be replaced with a Dillard’s Mastercard issued by Citibank, N.A.; you can begin using this Card on September 16, 2024.
What Mastercard benefits come with my Dillard’s Mastercard?
If your current Dillard’s Card is being replaced with a Dillard’s Mastercard, your Dillard’s Mastercard will come with Mastercard offers and benefits such as access to Mastercard Priceless Experiences. For a detailed listing of all Mastercard offers and benefits, visit www.mastercard.us/world.
Why the change?
Dillard’s has chosen to change the bank that issues your Dillard’s Card account to Citibank, N.A.
Do I need to take any action now?
There is nothing you need to do at this time. On September 16, 2024, your account will automatically transfer to Citibank, N.A.
When will I need to take action and what will I need to do?
In the days leading up to September 16, 2024, when your account is transferred from Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. to Citibank, N.A., you will receive a new Card and new account number in the mail.

As of September 16, 2024, your previous card will not work. You should destroy it and begin using your new Dillard’s Card on September 16, 2024.

Please note that your new Dillard’s Card will not work prior to September 16, 2024.
On or after September 16, 2024:
  • Go to dillards.accountonline.com, use your new Card to set up and access your new online account as well as update your payment account information and customized reminders. You can also enroll in paperless statements and AutoPay.
  • If you have any ongoing payments charged automatically (such as utilities and online subscriptions) using your previous Dillard’s Card, you will need to contact those businesses to update your credit card information with your new Dillard’s Card account information.
  • If you have your previous Dillard’s Card stored for payments with payment providers, you will need to update your credit card information with those payment providers.
  • To avoid disruption in your card services, please review the names, dates of birth and addresses of your authorized users to ensure they have been entered correctly. Please register or log in to dillards.accountonline.com, go to ‘Manage Account’ and review each authorized user’s information by clicking on ‘Edit’ next to their name. Make sure their Full Name, Date of Birth and Address is correct and click ‘Save’.

If you have set up automatic payments or scheduled payments to your previous Dillard’s Card to be made on or after September 16, 2024, those payments will be cancelled. Please reschedule any such payments at dillards.accountonline.com starting September 16, 2024.
Will my minimum payment, interest rate or payment due date change?
Your interest rate and minimum payment will not change at the time your account is transferred to Citibank, N.A. Please see your first statement from Citibank, N.A. for information regarding potential changes to your payment due date.
Will there be new or different fees?
Your fees will not change at the time your account is transferred to Citibank, N.A.
Will my Dillard’s Card balance automatically carry over?
Yes, existing balances will carry over to your new account.
When will I receive my first Dillard’s Card statement from Citibank?
Your billing statement will have a new look and Citibank, N.A. will start to send your statements by mail within 30 days after September 16, 2024. If your account was set to paperless statements and you want to continue to receive statements electronically only, you will need to enroll in paperless statements at dillards.accountonline.com.
Will this change impact my credit score?
Transferring your account to a new issuing bank will not impact your credit score.

How can I make payments?
Starting September 16, 2024, payments for your account must be made to Citibank, N.A.

Online – Payments can be made at dillards.accountonline.com.

Mail – Your statement will have a new design and payment address. It will include a pre-addressed envelope for your payment. Payments to Citibank, N.A. should be mailed to P.O. Box 78014, Phoenix, AZ 85062-8014.

Dillard’s Stores – Payments can be made at Dillard’s stores.

If you have set up automatic payments or scheduled payments to your previous Dillard’s Card to be made on or after September 16, 2024, those payments will be cancelled. Please reschedule any such payments at dillards.accountonline.com starting September 16, 2024.
If you have your Dillard’s Card information stored with your bank or other payment providers, you will need to update your information with them to reflect your new Dillard’s Card account number issued by Citibank starting September 16, 2024.

Payment due dates may change. Please see your first statement from Citibank, N.A. for more information regarding important changes to the way you make payments to your account, including the payment due date.

Will the way I earn and redeem my rewards change?
We are making some changes to the Dillard’s Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. You will be notified of those changes with your card. For details about how your rewards will be changing, see the Dillard’s Rewards Program Terms and Conditions at www.dillards.com/rewardsprogram.
Will anything happen to my existing rewards balance?
You will retain your existing rewards balance.
To review your rewards balance on or after September 16, 2024, visit dillards.accountonline.com.
How will Shopping Passes and Rewards Certificates be delivered?
You will continue to receive any Shopping Passes and Rewards Certificates you earn with your monthly statements.
What is happening to the Dillard’s Elite Program?
The Dillard’s Elite Program will continue but is changing. See important information included with your card for details on those changes. New cards issued will no longer indicate Dillard’s Elite status on them. For more details on the Elite Program and rewards, see the Dillard’s Rewards Program Terms & Conditions at www.dillards.com/rewardsprogram. How can I manage my account or obtain service on my account starting September 16, 2024?
  • Through account online at dillards.accountonline.com you can review account activity, schedule one-time and auto payments, and complete a host of other account activities.

How can I add a PIN to my new Dillard’s Mastercard?

On or after September 16, 2024:

When will I lose access to my current online account management website?
As of September 16, 2024, you will no longer be able to access your current online account management site.

On or after September 16, 2024:
  • Go to dillards.accountonline.com to set up and access your new online account, set up paperless statements and AutoPay, as well as update your payment account information and customized reminders.

I have authorized users on my account, or I am an authorized user on someone else's account. What do I need to know?
  • Authorized users will remain on the account. In the days leading up to September 16, 2024, new authorized user Cards and account numbers will be mailed to the primary account holder for each authorized user.
